1. About these terms

This website is operated by Auto GoShop. Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Auto GoShop. “You” refers to anyone accessing our website, using our services or purchasing from us.

These terms govern your use of autogoshop.com and purchases made through our store. They incorporate our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Please read these terms before placing an order. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or place an order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform supporting our website and checkout.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement to place an order. If you allow another person to use your account, you are responsible for activity you authorize.

You must not use our website or products for an unlawful purpose. You must not:

• Provide fraudulent payment, account or order information.

A product image may show multiple options or accessories for illustration. The selected variant and product description determine what is included in your purchase. Contact us before ordering if these details are unclear.

Colors may appear different depending on your display and lighting. This does not excuse a material difference between the product supplied and its description.

Products may have limited availability. We may update listings, change availability or discontinue products. Changes do not remove our obligations for orders already accepted.

4. Vehicle compatibility, installation and safe use

Vehicle accessories can vary in fit depending on the vehicle’s make, model, year, trim, dimensions and existing equipment. The term “universal” does not mean guaranteed compatibility with every vehicle.

Check the listed specifications and your vehicle’s requirements before purchase. If you need help, provide the relevant vehicle and product details when contacting us.

Follow the product instructions and your vehicle manufacturer’s safety guidance. Obtain qualified installation assistance where appropriate, particularly for electrical products or accessories that could affect vehicle operation.

Do not install or position an accessory where it obstructs visibility, interferes with pedals or controls, restricts seat belts, or affects airbags or other safety systems. Do not operate screens or other devices in a way that distracts you while driving.

Stop using an item that appears damaged, unsafe or unsuitable, and contact us. These responsibilities do not remove our obligations concerning defective or incorrectly described products.

5. Prices, payment and taxes

The applicable product price, currency, shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed during checkout. Review the total before submitting payment.

You must use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide accurate billing information. Orders may be subject to payment authorization and reasonable fraud-prevention checks.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. A later price change does not automatically entitle an earlier order to a price adjustment unless an offer expressly provides otherwise.

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges under its own terms. International import charges not collected at checkout are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

We will not increase the amount charged for an existing order without your agreement.

6. Orders and order information

Provide a complete and accurate email address, delivery address and any information reasonably needed to process your order.

An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order. It does not guarantee that an item is available or that a payment or security check has been completed.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of unavailable stock, an unsuccessful payment, a material listing error or another legitimate reason, we will contact you and explain the available options. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated charges that must be refunded.

We may apply reasonable quantity limits or decline orders involving suspected fraud, prohibited activity or unauthorized resale, where permitted by law.

We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, charges, processing information, tracking and delivery issues are covered by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless a service expressly provides a guarantee. Carrier delays do not remove any legal obligations we have concerning shipment, delivery or refunds.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels. Please keep your contact and delivery details accurate and contact us promptly about missing or damaged deliveries.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the complete conditions and process.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days after delivery. Eligible returns generally require the item to be unused and in brand-new condition, with its original packaging, tags, accessories and included parts.

Approved ordinary returns are subject to customer-paid return shipping and a 25% restocking fee, where permitted by law. The fee is calculated on the price actually paid for the returned merchandise after discounts.

Different rules apply to approved claims for defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed items and where mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.

Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. We can confirm cancellation only while the order can still be stopped. Once dispatched, we cannot recall the parcel or cancel its shipment. Applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer, including any expiry date, eligible products, minimum spend or usage limits.

Discounts cannot be combined unless the offer expressly allows it. Codes have no cash value unless required by law.

We may refuse or reverse promotional benefits obtained through fraud or misuse, subject to applicable law. Changes to promotions do not retrospectively remove a valid discount from an accepted order.

10. Accounts and security

If you create an account, keep your login credentials private and maintain accurate account information.

Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or security codes through ordinary email or our contact form.

We may temporarily restrict account access when reasonably necessary to investigate security concerns. Such restrictions do not remove valid refund rights or other obligations associated with your orders.

Website text, designs, graphics, logos, photographs and other content are owned by Auto GoShop or used with appropriate rights, except where otherwise identified.

You may use the website for personal shopping and retain copies of your order information. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit protected website content without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. A reference to a vehicle manufacturer or model for compatibility purposes does not itself imply sponsorship or endorsement.

12. Reviews, feedback and submissions

Any review or other content you submit must reflect your honest experience and must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringe another person’s rights.

When you submit a review, photograph or other content for public display, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and format that content in connection with the store and its promotion, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement.

This permission does not authorize us to misrepresent your opinion or publish private customer-support messages as testimonials without appropriate permission.

We may remove content that violates these terms, exposes private information or is fraudulent or unlawful. Negative feedback alone is not a reason to prohibit an honest review.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. Where local law does not allow a limitation, that limitation does not apply.

Responsibility for damage involving misuse, unauthorized modification or incorrect installation depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Such activity does not automatically eliminate rights relating to an unrelated product defect.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the website or an account for a material breach of these terms, unlawful activity, fraud or a genuine security risk.

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Ending website or account access does not cancel valid rights or obligations relating to earlier purchases, outstanding refunds or legal claims.

Nothing in these terms deprives you of protections or access to courts that the law of your place of residence requires.

A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
